When can you expect a reply?
We reply to emails as quickly as possible - Monday through Saturday.
We are closed on Sunday. Emails received on Sunday will be answered on Monday in order of time stamp.
In a case of conflicting orders, the email with the earliest time stamp will have the first opportunity to purchase. We are located in and we use the Eastern Time Zone (receivable time stamp).
About our physical address:
As our regular customers know, our physical address has always been located in this area. With current Global tensions and
safety concerns, we are hereby removing that information from the site. When confirming U.S. orders, our physical address will be included in the confirmation email. We are American owned and we are permanantly based in the State of Florida.
